EFFECTIVE ALTRUISM UK
We are building a community dedicated to encouraging, inspiring and supporting people to use evidence and reason to achieve their altruistic goals.We host a variety of events and workshops designed to teach new skills, improve understanding of causes and their solutions, and ultimately enable individuals to make the best altruistic decisions.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that unrestricted cash and restricted UK Community Building funds comprised £99,429.93 as of 31st March 2024, equivalent to approximately 18 months of expenditure. The trustees consider their reserves policy appropriate given the lack of contingent liabilities and financial risks. No funds are materially in deficit.
