“Mr S Nixon, a trustee of the charity, has made a loan to the charity which is secured on the property purchased with that loan. Details of the terms of this loan can be found in note 14 above, Interest of £352,008 (2024 - £nil) was charged in the year on the loan. Also, Mr Nixon has given an indemnity to the trustees and to the charity against any losses arising to them as an alternative to taking out trustees insurance or building insurance.” — page 15
