The objectives are;(1) To preserve and protect good mental health for the public benefit by providing counselling, peer support services, and educating the community and employers about mental health and available support.(2) For the public benefit to relieve the needs of people experiencing or affected by poor mental health through the provision of complementary and holistic therapies.
