“During the year, the Charity received donations of £66,750 (2025: £Nil) from Revelan Group Ltd, a Company in which Trustee Nicholas Megyesi-Schwartz is a director. At 31 March 2026, no amounts were outstanding (2025: £Nil). During the year, the Charity received donations of £1,950,000 (2025: £Nil) from Bluebase Limited, a Company in which Trustee Nicholas Megyesi-Schwartz is a director. At 31 March 2026, no amounts were outstanding (2025: £Nil). The Charity holds a programme-related investment in Megyesi-Schwartz Hospice Non-profit Ltd (Hungary), an affiliated Charitable organisation of which Trustees Nicholas Francis Megyesi-Schwartz and Diána Sarolta Megyesi-Schwartz are directors. The investment is held primarily to further the Charity's Charitable objectives by supporting the acquisition, development and operation of hospice facilities in Pécs, Hungary. During the year, the previous loan receivable was reclassified as a programme-related investments following a review of its purpose and terms. On 14 May 2026, the Trustees resolved to waive accrued interest of £106,875 and amend the investment terms so that no further interest accrues from 1 January 2026. The programme-related investments had a carrying value of £1,277,213 at 31 March 2026 (2025: loan receivable £954,945). During the year the Charity advanced a further £277,755 to the Hungarian hospice project through its programme-related investments. There was also a foreign exchange movement on programme-related investments of £44,513 see note 10. The investment is secured by a mortgage over the hospice property. No other related party transactions took place during the year other than Trustee remuneration and expenses disclosed in note 9.” — page 28
