To establish and run a village hall and promote the provision of recreation and leisure activities for all inhabitants of Stixwould & Old Woodhall (the area of benefit) without any type of discrimination. The accounts state that the charity incurred an excess expenditure over income of £794.25 for the year, resulting in a net decrease in total funds. The trustees note that fundraising activities were severely curtailed because the hall was out of use for building works. Despite this, the total funds decreased only slightly from £5,094.02 to £4,296.00, partly due to a grant payment being received in two parts with the second part pending completion of the project.
