The loan payable to ISKCON bears interest at a rate of 2.29 per cent above the Bank of England base rate and is repayable by 2038. At 31 December 2024, the Charity was owed £26,853 (2023: £1,247,616) by ISKCON under an interest-free arrangement that is repayable on demand. Conversely, the Charity owed £1,434,593 (2023: £1,495,348) to ISKCON in respect of the above loan, together with £48,604 (2023: £63,692) for trade purchases and rent outstanding at the year end.
