“This should consist of 4 months of running costs including salaries or £1000 whichever is greater, which currently stands at £15000.”
“Lisa Scarrott is employed by us, due to a conflict of interest, (Lisa’s Mum is one of our Trustee’s) we sought and received permission from the Charity commission for this, and Anita Oxenham is not involved in anything regarding the employment of Lisa.”
