STAMFORD BRIDGE CLUB
The objects of the Club are for the public benefit:(1) The advancement of amateur sport by promoting the game of bridge for the benefit of the residents of Stamford and the surrounding area.(2) The provision of facilities for the learning, teaching and playing of bridge in a friendly and supportive environment for the benefit of the residents of Stamford and the surrounding area.

The trustees aim to maintain sufficient reserves to meet financial obligations, citing the risk of losing income from table fees as the main financial risk. There are no investments held, and any surplus is used to maintain and improve club facilities.
