RETIRED BAPTIST MINISTERS HOUSING ORGANISATION
RBMHO exists to meet the ever increasing need of, and bring relief to, accredited Baptist Ministers and Rev spouses who need safe and secure homes in the years following retirement from pastoral service, having been in service in excess of 15 years, (18 years in churches in union with BUGB) or Baptist Missionaries who have served BMS World Mission primarily outside of the UK for at least 15 years.

The accounts state that the charity reported an operating deficit of £946,534 for the year, resulting in an overall deficit of £277,276 which was withdrawn from reserves. Per the trustees' report, free reserves of £1,624,754 remain well above the stated policy requirement of £468,000, providing a surplus of £1,156,754. The trustees consider the level of reserves acceptable and anticipate using any substantial surplus to pay down the charity's debts.
