POETSIN
To promote the rehabilitation and mental health of those with mental-illness, disabilities, addictions, those who're homeless or imprisoned, at risk of offending/re-offending upon release through the use of creative writing and mentoring to help aid mental wellbeing, reduce anxiety, depression, self- harm and increase self-confidence and self-worth of those who struggle with social anxiety.
