Transforming Lives Together (TLT) is about enabling churches to make a greater contribution to the spiritual and social transformation of communities. TLT has been set up jointly by the Diocese of Chester and the Church Urban Fund and is a registered company and registered charity. It is part of Church Urban Fund?s Together Network of similar joint ventures around England.
