What the accounts disclose
“This year those grants for older people have not been made available, therefore our members have faced a particularly challenging year. I am pleased to report that we successfully secured National Lottery funding which has enabled us to continue to heavily subsidise all our activities. During the three months without National Lottery funding we were able to continue our services uninterrupted due to our sustainability policy, which ensures we have funds to continue activities for a limited period without external funding.”
