Financial health, per its FY2024 accounts
The accounts state that the charity incurred a net loss of £14,757 for the year, resulting in a depletion of unrestricted reserves from £39,046 to £24,290. The Treasurer's report attributes this to reduced sponsorship income and rising costs, noting that the charity has no debt and maintains requisite reserves. The independent examiner confirmed that no material matters came to attention during the examination of the accounts.
What the accounts disclose
“It is the Trustee’s intention to continue to ensure reserves of a minimum of 25% of annual turnover of the charity, but will work to increase this to 40%.”
