THE WELSH SPORTS HALL OF FAME
For 31 years the acknowledged charity for recognising and preserving the exceptional achievements over the course of their careers of Welsh sportsmen and sportswomen in any theatre of sport. The charity owns a large collection of significant memorabilia from Welsh sporting history. Each year at the Annual Dinner additions are made to the Roll of Honour, which now stands at 150 from 26 sports.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The charity reported a small net expenditure of £29,333 for the year, a shift from the previous year's surplus, primarily due to the conclusion of a Department of Health and Social Care funded initiative. Despite this deficit, the trustees confirm that unrestricted reserves remain strong and sufficient to meet the stated policy target of three months' operating costs. The auditors confirmed the financial statements give a true and fair view and identified no material uncertainties regarding the charity's ability to continue as a going concern.
