(2) TO ESTABLISH RESEARCH INTO EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND TO DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. (3) TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS WORKING IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS.
