THE GANSEY CHARITABLE TRUST
We own and maintain a property, called Mallmore, which is available for Christian activities in The Isle of Man, including: accommodation for the team and a base for activities for the annual Port St Mary SU Beach Mission; residential events, mainly but not exclusively for young people; facilities for retreats, training etc. primarily but not exclusively for churches and Christian organisations.
Financial health, per its FY2025 accounts
The accounts state that the charity holds unrestricted cash reserves of £144,832, which is considerably higher than its stated reserves policy target of £35,000 for emergency repairs. The trustees report that the financial position is sound and confirm the charity remains a going concern, supported by healthy bank balances and projected income from lettings.
