PROVIDED THAT THE APPICATION OF CAPITAL FOR THE SAID CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND THE APPLICATION OF MONEY (WHETHR CAPITAL OR INCOME) TOWARDS ONE OR MORE OF THE SAID CHARITABLE PURPSES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO SUCH EXPRESS RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS AS A DONOR MIGHT PRESCRIBE.
