“At the year end the society held enough funds to pay for its expenses for the year. Now that the society has paid off all its loans, the society has started building its reserves in order to have enough funds for the third and final stage of the new development project which is the expansion of the current Masjid building. The expansion of the Masjid building cannot commence until there are enough funds in the bank account to finance at least 65% of the project cost.” — page 5
