B) EXHIBITIONS TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY, UNIVERSITY COLLEGE, TRAINING COLLEGE FOR PERSONS INTENDING TO ENTER THE TEACHING PROFESSION, OR OTHER LIKE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL OR TECHNICAL) INSTRUCTION.
