1) ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ENVILLE.2) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, OUTFITS, CLOTHING,TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS ON LEAVING SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR ANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT TO PREPARE FOR OR TO ASSIST THEIR ENTRY INTO A PROFESSION,TRADE OR CALLING 3)PROVIDING BOOKS OF LITERARY OR EDUCATIONAL MERIT NOT PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE LIBRARY OF ANY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF ENVILLE OR ANY SCHOOL OUTSIDE THAT PARISH WHICH IS ATTENDED BY SUCH PERSONS.
