THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING RELIGIOUS AND FURTHER EDUCATION) OF BENEFICIARIES IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:(1) BY MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE GOVERNORS OF ANY SCHOOL OF THE FOUNDATION OR ANY QUALIFYING SCHOOL TO ASSIST THEM TO MEET THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS WITH RESPECT TO:(A) THE MAINTENANCE OF THAT SCHOOL; OR(B) THE PROVISION, IMPROVEMENT OR ALTERATION OF THAT SCHOOL;(2) BY PROVIDING ITEMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR ANY SCHOOL OF THE FOUNDATION;(3) BY THE PROVISION OF A SITE OR SITES FOR SCHOOLS OF THE FOUNDATION; OR(4) IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
