TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE AREA COMPRISING RIBBLETON, IN THE BOROUGH OF PRESTON, THE PARISHES OF GOOSNARGH, GRIMSARGH, HAIGHTON, LONGRIDGE AND WHITTINGHAM AND THE FORMER URBAN DISTRICT OF FULWOOD.
