B) PERSONS UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE RESIDENT IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE COMMUNITIES OF CHIRK, LLANARMON-ON-YALE, LLANDEGLA, LLANGOLLEN RURAL AND LLANTYSILIO. C) PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE RESIDENT IN THE ARE COMPRISING THE DISTRICT OF GLYNDWR AND THE BOROUGH OF WREXHAM MAELOR, BOTH IN THE COUNTY OF CLWYD AND THE BOROUGH OF OSWESTRY IN THE COUNTY OF SHROPSHIRE.
