The Village Hall is held in trust for the use of the inhabitants of Oxton and the neighbourhood without distinction of sex or political or other opinions. It is to be used in particular for the use of meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants
