CUBLEY VILLAGE HALL
Cubley Village Hall was built, and registered as a charity, in 1935. It is a recreational hall and garden for use by residents of our own and surrounding villages. It is available for private bookings and regular events are organised by the trustees, the surpluses from which are used to help fund the running and maintenance of the hall.
Financial health, per its FY2026 accounts
The accounts state that the charity ended the year in a strong financial position with unrestricted funds of £7,162. Total income for the year was £25,724.99 against total expenditure of £25,198.04, resulting in a small surplus. The trustees report that the hall has become a centre of village life again following major refurbishments.
