THE COMMUNITY TRANSPORT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ALL SECTIONS OF THE COMMUNITY WITH PRIORITY BEING GIVEN TO OLDER AND DISABLED PEOPLE. IN THIS CONTEXT THE TERM OLD REFERS TO ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 60 YEARS.
