(II) TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES AND TO THAT END TO BRING TOGETHER IN THE COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES OF THOSE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND SUCH INDIVIDUALS AS ARE ENGAGED IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES AT THE HOSPITAL AND WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE.
