TO PROMOTE HIGH STANDARDS OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE IN ORAFFECTING THE AREA OF BENEFIT.2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE GEOGRAPHY,HISTORY,NATURAL HISTORY ANDARCHITECTURE OF THE LOCAL AREA BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MUSEUM.3.TO SECURE THE PRESERVATION,PROTECTION,DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OFFEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
