B. IN RELIEVING OR PREVENTING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SUFFERING TO AGED INJURED OR SICK PERSONS OR THEIR DEPENDENTS EMPLOYED AT ANY COLLIERY IN THE AREA OF THE YORKSHIRE COALFIELD.
