(2) TO APPLY THE RESIDUE OF THE INCOME IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (A) IN ASSISTING PERSONS WHO ARE PREPARING FOR, ENTERING UPON OR ENGAGED IN ANY PROFESSION, TRADE, OCCUPATION OR SERVICE.(B) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
