ONE HALF OF THE YEARLY INCOME TO BE PAID TOWARDS PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR THE SCHOOLS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES, THE SAID AUTHORITY AND THE MANAGERS OF THE SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS CONCERNED. 2. THE REMAINING HALF IN PROMOTING IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO, OR WHOSE PARENT AE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF NORTH PETHERTON AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
