(II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT MAHAYANA BUDDHISM TOGETHER WITH RELATED ASPECTS BY THE PUBLICATION OF FILMS TAPES WRITINGS THE PROVISION OF COURSES AND LECTURES AND OTHER CMMUNICATIONS MEDIA AND THE KEEPING OF ARCHIVES OF SUCH MATERIAL.
