The above loan has interest charged at the rate of 6.50% per annum. The interest charged in the year was £43,875 (2024 - £43,875). Tisanna Ltd is a company in which Mr J Monderer and Mr E Monderer are directors. The mortgage and loan are secured by way of a first charge over freehold properties owned by Tisanna Ltd. During the year Chasehawk Limited received donations totalling £104,088 (2024: £330,190) of which £97,643 was from related parties, as follows: £29,643 (2024: £52,590) from Deaconberry Limited, and £53,000 (2024: £250,100) from Tisanna Limited, and £15,000 (2024: £27,500) from Lederton Properties Ltd. Mr J Monderer and Mr E Monderer are directors of Tisanna Limited and Mr J Monderer is a director of Deaconberry Limited and Lederton Properties Limited as well as trustees of this Charity.” — page 21
