The Charity’s policy is to build up reserves by means of annual operating surpluses and judicious management of its investment assets to enable the pursuance of the Charity’s objects. The reserves are then used on a periodic basis to make grants to the School. As at 31 July 2023, free reserves of the Charity are £622,662 and of the Shop are £46,741 and the Trustee considers that sufficient reserves are held to cover the expected donations to the School during the 2023/24 year.
