TO LET THE PROPERTY AS ALLOTMENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LOOSE NEAR MAIDSTONE AND ITS VICINITY AT A YEARLY RENT NOT EXCEEDING THAT FROM TIME TO TIME CHARGED FOR SIMILAR ALLOTMENTS BY MAIDSTONE BOROUGH COUNCIL OR PARISH COUNCILS WITHIN THE MAIDSTONE BOROUGH DISTRICT IN THE COUNTY OF KENT AND IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE PROPERTY IS NOT REQUIRED FOR USE AS AFORESAID TO USE THE PROPERTY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AS THE COUNCIL THINKS FIT AND THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS APPROVE.
