B) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED FOR THE PRIMARY OBJECT THE SOCIETY MAY APPLY AND SURPLUS INCOME FOR OR TOWARDS THE PROMOTION OF ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TOWARDS ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE LONDON OR NATIONAL FIRE SERVICE.
