B) TO PROVIDE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE SERVICES EITHER SUPPLEMENTARY OR COMPLEMENTARY TO THE ABOVE AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DECIDED UPON BY THE COMMITTEE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS BUT NOT OTHERWISE.
