UNACC supports older people in South Norwood and surrounding areas, particularly those living alone, experiencing loneliness, poor health, reduced mobility or limited family support. We provide daily nutritious meals, exercise and falls prevention activities, creative and social groups, wellbeing support, advice and practical help, helping older people remain independent, active and connected.

Objects

(I) TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN UPPER NORWOOD AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS. (II) TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES AND TO THAT END TO BRING TOGETHER IN COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
