THE PINNER ASSOCIATION
As one of the largest amenity societies we aim to conserve and enhance the quality of life in Pinner in co-operation with the residents and local government. The association is non-political and membership is open to all who live and/or work in the area, as well as former residents. Membership is around 3000.
Financial health, per its FY2024 accounts
The accounts state that the charity generated a net surplus of £1,740 for the year ended 31 December 2024, resulting in unrestricted funds of £64,602. The trustees confirm the charity remains in a healthy financial position, having exceeded its reserves target of £41,000. Total income increased by 13% to £34,071 while expenditure remained virtually static at £32,331.
