SEPHARDI KASHRUT AUTHORITY
The Sephardi Kashrut Authority aims to uphold Jewish religious requirements by ensuring the due due supervision (where such supervision is sought) of Kashrut in conncection with food dispensed or manufactured. In relation to these objectives the charity has continued to certify and supervise a range of restaurants, bakeries, caterers and food manufacturers in compliance with kashrut.
