SOUTHWATER VILLAGE HALL
To provide and maintain the Village Hall for the use of the Inhabitants of Southwater and the neighbourhood, without distinction of political, religous or other opinions. Including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation.
