B) PROVISION FOR PROVIDING EDUCATION FOR PERSONS UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD SUCH WITHOUT UNDUE SACRIFICE OR HARDSHIP. C) PROVISION OF FOOD, CLOTHING AND ACCOMMODATION FOR NEEDY PERSONS OVER 55 YEARS OF AGE.
