The objects of the Charity are to make provision and improve amenities for Stamford in accordance with the Will of the late Harry Skells.The Charity is for the benefit and advantage of the inhabitants of Stamford.The Charity is run by a Board of Trustees who are the Councillors of Stamford Town Council.
