TO PROVIDE PIPES, TOBACCO AND ALE FOR THE MALE INHABITANTS ASSEMBLED REMAINING INCOME IN SUMS OF 2/- TO 5/- TO SUCH POOR PERSONS AS THE COMPANY ASSEMBLED SHOULD THINK THE FITTEST OBJECTS.
