(2) THE REMAINING 3.5% OF THE INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEN RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BROCKLEY WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
