(1) TO PROMOTE ALL OR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE COMMUNITY PRINCIPALLY IN THE BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THOSE PEOPLE WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHOSE FULL PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY IS LIMITED BY ECONOMIC OR SOCIAL DISADVANTAGE.(2) WITHOUT LIMITATIONS TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR ORGANISATIONS WITH CHARITABLE OBJECTS IN ORDER TO ASSIST THESE ORGANISATIONS IN THEIR CHARITABLE WORK WHERE SO EVER THEY MAY BE LOCATED.
