The accounts state that the charity reported a total deficit of income over expenditure of £13,930.28 for the year ended 31 December 2024, compared to a deficit of £30,834.31 in the previous year. Total reserves held as at 31 December 2024 were £738,855, which the trustees consider a reasonable estimate for unforeseen capital repairs and securing future activities. The trustees noted that although investment capital values had fallen due to market forces, the generated income enabled grants to be awarded to all eligible applicants.
