THE ASSOCIATION MAY ALSO CONTRIBUTE TO OTHER CHARITABLE CAUSES BY RESOLUTION OF AT LEAST TWO THIRDS OF MEMBERS PRESENT AT AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OR SPECIAL MEETING CALLED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
