The accounts state that the Branch recorded a deficit of £2,172 for the year ended 31 December 2025, a significant improvement from the £6,423 deficit in the prior year. Despite this deficit, the Trustees consider the financial position to be sound, supported by unrestricted reserves of £63,894 which exceed the stated policy minimum of £5,000. The Branch remains entirely volunteer-run and relies heavily on central allocations from the National Society for its largest source of income.
