The Almshouse Charity also paid rent under a Licence to The Dulwich Estate for its office of £5,000 (2024 - £5,000). Rent of £500 (2024 - £500) p.a. is also paid to another connected charity, Christ's Chapel of God's Gift at Dulwich, for a room used by the Charity as a launderette.
